Yeah, go for it. Tohsaka is actually capable of something called "presence concealment" which makes her undetectable but since she hasn't run into any mages from her own world she wouldn't be actively using it unless trying to keep herself hidden from The House.
can he see your characters(') weakness?
The only thing I can think of that would stand out as a physical weakness (other than the fact that she's just a normal human outside of her magecraft) is probably her magic crest. While typically unnoticeable while inactive, the crest is "an archive of thaumaturgical capability." Basically spells and theories engraved into her body (specifically her left arm) that's handed down from generation to generation. It is described as an "artificial organ" and she has to take medicine routinely to keep her body from rejecting it/to suppress the near-constant pain it inflicts on her.
